As a young actor Georgina trained with the likes of Keith Johnston, Franki Anderson (Fool Time) and Cecily Berry (RSC) and Micheline Valdepoel (Complicité/The Right Size) to name a few.
Georgina went on to work as a creative within many environments, including touring companies, rep theatre, community arts, carnival, festival, museums and education. She has worked in radio, theatre and film as a producer, writer and director. Her past education work has been recognised as best practice in a white paper for education.
Georgina is a senior executive within EGO and manages the company across all departments, developing and leading the work of EGO nationally and internationally.

Corrine Robinson
Co-Founder, Writer & Director
Born in Coventry, Corinne trained as a performer at Arts Educational School, London. She has been working in theatre for over 30 years as a performer, facilitator, director and writer. Worked with local companies including The Belgrade Theatre, Shaken Theatre, Mad Half Hour and Talking Birds. In 2006 she co-founded EGO with Georgina Egan in order to address the lack of affordable high quality theatre in training in Coventry.

Tim Egan
Sound and Lighting Designer
Tim is an accomplished and disciplined musician, and has an extensive knowledge of all things sound-related. Tim visualized and built EGO’s studio theatre completely from scratch and maintains the venue’s equipment. As a multi-talented technician and engineer, he builds new rigs and sound systems for each show. As a creative, he composes underscores and sound effects for shows and events.

Kiri Anne Lewis
Admin & Marketing Manager
Kiri has been a part of EGO since the very beginning. She began as a member and then in 2014 she was hired as full-time employee after completing an apprenticeship with EGO in Level 3 Digital Marketing. Kiri is an award winning Costume Designer and studied Costume for Film, Theatre and Television at Birmingham City University. Since then she has worked in the Arts Industry for over 10 years. Kiri is currently our in-house designer and in 2018 has returned after maternity leave as our Admin & Marketing Manager.

Alan Maddison
Educational Outreach Leader
Alan first worked with EGO after organising art and prop-making workshops for adults with learning-disabilities. In collaboration with EGO, Alan has expanded this project, teaching craft and woodworking skills at local schools. He is a project coordinator at Foxford School and Arts College.

Mike Page
Production and Scenic Workshop Leader
Mike is an artist, film-maker and musician with multiple degrees in Fine Art and Humanities. He has worked with EGO for over 3 years, initially as a volunteer and now as part-time staff.

Jane joined EGO in 2016 to help run the BOLD Productions Project. She is a freelance artist.

Kimisha Lewis
EGO Group Leader
Kimisha joined EGO in 2010 as a member. She has been working as a professional actor from the age of 15. In 2015 Kimisha graduated from Rose Bruford College in BA Hons Acting. Her credentials include: Last Dream on Earth (National Theatre, Scotland) Lady Macbeth (Guilford Shakespeare Company) Freeman (Strictly Arts Theatre) 4x15 (Sheffield Crucible). In 2017 Kimisha began working for EGO as a workshop facilitator.

Conor Deeming
EGO Group Leader
Conor joined EGO in 2008 as a performer. In 2014 Conor became a workshop facilitator and has worked for EGO ever since, co-writing, directing and producing our productions. He is a qualified sports coach and learning mentor in both Primary and Secondary Schools across Coventry. Conor has recently trained with The Open Theatre Company to facilitate non-verbal performances and is about to embark on Stage Combat training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
