Shows galore this Autumn!!!

We are thrilled to announce that we have 5 original productions coming up this Autumn, one of which happens to be going on tour!

Our Ensembles have been working incredibly hard to develop these exciting productions.

The first is Big EGO’s adaptation of Little EGO Ensembles production ‘Rhyme Suspect’. Big EGO have put their own mark on the show and are gearing up to delight audiences with their comical crime thriller in September.

The next is our EGO Boost Ensemble who are still putting the finishing touches on the scripting and devising of their latest production. It’s an extremely interesting show with some thought provoking moments. This production will be performed in October an will then go on a tour of local libraries thereafter. Watch this space as we will be releasing the show poster shortly!

Stone the Crows is our next artistic offering, brought to you by our EGO Mix Ensemble. The theme for this production was influenced by halloween and it promises to be an eery show. Two stranger’s arrive in the village of soggy bottom and come across the strangest of things, including winning scarecrows, villager disappearances and bacon butty’s aplenty!

Then we have A Fish Called Colin. As you may recall we had a influx of new members in this Ensemble, so we decided to postpone the production and incorporate the new members into the play. We’re so pleased that we did as the show is shaping up to be even better than before! Expect comedy gold, groaning and a quirky turn of events involving hypnotists and goldfish…

Finally to finish off yet another fantastic year at EGO, our Alter EGO Ensemble have created a Christmas themed production for all to enjoy. Jingle Sells is a warm-hearted comedy filled with music, physical theatre and some wonderful performance from our members. Set at a TV Channel ‘Impulse Shopping Channel’ the staff are quite literally snowed under with their jobs. They can only hope their boss is kind enough to give them Christmas Day off. Ever felt trapped in your job? Well the characters at Impulse Shopping certainly do!

We’re so proud of our members, the amazing work they have out into this year and the incredible journeys they have made as performers and individuals. We hope audiences will love the productions as much as we do and can’t wait to see what each Ensemble produces next!

Tickets for all of these productions are now available to buy online on our wegottickets page or alternatively pop in and speak to a member of staff to book, or call 02476 226060.
